Argentine side: walking among the falls
This is the larger side. Walkways and trails take you close to the falls, from above and below, and lead to the Devil's Throat, where water pours down from every direction.
It's best with time to spare: ideally give it a full day and start early, when there are fewer people and less heat.
Brazilian side: the panoramic view
From Brazil you see the falls as a whole, with the river and rainforest behind them. The route is shorter and takes half a day, with a walkway that ends very close to the Devil's Throat.
You have to cross the border to get there: bring your travel document and we take care of the rest.
Which one if I'm short on time?
With a single day, the Argentine side is the most complete. With two days, do both: one in the morning and the other the next day at an easy pace.
If you travel with young children or people who walk little, the Brazilian side is shorter and easier.
